Order Processing

All orders are custom-made once your order is placed.

• Production typically takes 2–5 business days.
• During holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume, production times may be longer.
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times begin after production is complete.

Typical delivery estimates are:

• Carrier delays
• Customs processing

• Other circumstances beyond our control

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number (when available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

• Quantity ordered
• Shipping method selected

Multiple Shipments

Because our products are fulfilled by different production partners and facilities, your order may arrive in multiple packages.

If this occurs:

• You will not be charged additional shipping beyond what was shown at checkout.
• Each shipment will have its own tracking information if applicable.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any:

• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• VAT
• Brokerage fees
• Other charges imposed by the destination country

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges and must be paid by the customer if applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided:

• Please contact us immediately.
• We can update the address only if your order has not yet entered production or shipped.
• Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed:

1. Check the tracking information.
2. Contact the shipping carrier for the latest delivery status.
3. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner and the carrier to investigate.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

• Check around your delivery location.
• Ask household members or neighbors.
• Contact your local post office or shipping carrier.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist you.
